I love nature, and I’m tired of trying to do therapy through the medium of a screen. Let’s meet outside and enjoy the beauty and abundance of Colorado.
Benefits
Outdoor therapy has all the same benefits as more “traditional” therapy (though, really, it’s not traditional in a long-term sense), along with added benefits like sunshine, connection to nature, and connection to the body.
How does it work?
We set up an initial, virtual consultation to see if this feels like a good fit.
We determine an appropriate meeting spot, like a park or nature trail near Denver.
We have a regular, 55 minute therapy session in our chosen location.
We can discuss what works best for you in terms of the level of activity—sitting, walking, or a mix of both.
