FAQ
Cost
My standard private-pay rate is $160 per 50 minutes session. That being said, it’s really important to me that therapy is accessible to those who need it. I have some sliding scale availability, and I am in-network with most major insurance plans.
Insurance
If you would like to pay using insurance, please let me know in our initial consultation. I accept Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, BCBS (Texas only), and Medicaid (Colorado only).
Plan
We’ll always start by doing a free, 30 minute consultation. This is for both of us. I need to see if I’m able to help you, and you need to see if you feel comfortable with me. Therapy is all about fit. If it doesn’t feel right, it’s not right.
You’ll contact me and we’ll find something that fits in our schedules. I’ll send you a link to our virutal session. Nothing too scary :)
Hours of Operation
My hours are: Tuesday-Thursday 9am MT (10am CT) to 6pm MT (7pm CT), Friday 9am MT (10am CT) to 3pm MT (4pm CT)
Know, however, that therapy is a commitment, and it will take more of your time than just 50 minutes per week that we’re in session.
Location
I offer virtual sessions to clients all over Texas and Colorado. I also offer outdoor therapy in Denver, Colorado, which can take place in a park or trail of our choosing.
Requesting Health Records
You have a right to your health record. You may request your record by emailing me at therapywithgrace@gmail.com
If you’re requesting your record be sent to another provider, I will send you a Release of Information form to sign so I can send the record.
Filing a complaint
Complaints must be submitted using the Council’s complaint form. The completed form can be sent by email to Enforcement@bhec.texas.gov or by mail to 1801 Congress Avenue, Suite 7.300, Austin, Texas 78701.
You can also file a complaint against this business on the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Website.
